About My Biz Books
My Biz Books is the group’s bookkeeping business, based at 176 Main Street, Osborne Park. It records sales, purchases and payments, reconciles bank accounts, runs payroll with super and leave, and prepares BAS, so a business always knows where it stands.
Each client works with a dedicated bookkeeper. Bank data is brought into the accounting software, checked and turned into monthly financial statements, and My Biz Books tells clients when tax is due and roughly how much to put aside. It works mainly in Xero and MYOB, and with other packages such as QuickBooks.
My Biz Books is a trading name of Total Financial Solutions Pty Ltd, a registered tax agent. It works closely with Business Mantra Accountants, which prepares year-end accounts and tax returns, so the books and the returns are built on the same records.

My Biz Books looks at how your business records sales, bills and pay. Its consultants can come on site to map it out.
Setting up your software
Your accounts are set up or connected in Xero or MYOB, with bank feeds and rules, and your team can be trained to use them.
Monthly bookkeeping
Bank statements are brought in and reconciled, and financial statements are prepared every month.
Payroll, BAS and reminders
Pay runs, super and BAS are prepared, and you’re told when tax is due and about how much to set aside.

Payday Super
Since 1 July 2026, employers pay super with each pay, and it must reach the employee’s fund within 7 business days.
More time for BAS
A registered agent who lodges online can have more time for three of the four quarterly BAS under the ATO’s lodgment program.
You stay responsible
Using a bookkeeper or agent doesn’t hand over your tax obligations. Keep your records and check what is lodged in your name.
