Migration & Visas
Employer-sponsored visas
Employer-sponsored visas let a business fill a skilled role with a worker from overseas when it can’t find a suitable person in Australia. Red Earth Migration helps the business become a sponsor, nominate the role and lodge the worker’s visa application.

Good to know
Only registered agents can help with visas
Immigration assistance must come from a registered migration agent or an Australian lawyer. Talent Connect 360 can help find candidates, but visa work is done by Red Earth Migration.
Older visas
The Skills in Demand visa (482) replaced the Temporary Skill Shortage visa. The Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme visa (187) is closed to new applications, except a transition stream for some existing 457 and 482 visa holders.
