Closed visas
The Business Innovation and Investment visa (188) closed permanently to new applications on 31 July 2024, and the Business Talent visa (132) is also closed. Applications already lodged are still processed.
By invitation only
The National Innovation visa (858) is a permanent visa you can only apply for after being invited. An expression of interest does not guarantee an invitation.
