About Recruitment & Workforce
Hiring well is one of the biggest decisions a business makes. Recruitment and workforce services help you plan the roles you need, find and screen candidates, cover busy periods and set your people up properly once they start.
Talent Connect 360 is the group’s recruitment business. It works with employers to fill permanent and contract roles, supplies workers for projects and peak periods, writes and places job ads, and helps with workforce planning, HR policies and employment contracts. It stays in touch after a placement to check things are working for both sides.
If the right person is overseas, Red Earth Migration’s registered migration agents can help with employer sponsorship, and My Biz Books can run payroll once your new starter begins.

Good to know
Minimum standards
The National Employment Standards set minimum entitlements for all employees, and modern awards add pay and conditions for many jobs. Contracts can’t offer less.
Labour hire licensing
Labour hire providers need a licence in Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and the ACT. Western Australia has no general labour hire licensing scheme.
Visas need a registered agent
Recruiters can find candidates but can’t give visa advice. That must come from a registered migration agent or an Australian lawyer.
