About Talent Connect 360

Talent Connect 360 is the group’s recruitment business, based in Perth. It finds candidates for permanent and temporary roles, supplies labour hire workers, advertises jobs and gives HR advice, for employers in industries such as engineering and mining, oil and gas, IT, finance and accounting, and hospitality.

Its consultants work in the industries they recruit for, so they understand the skills an employer is looking for. It works with candidates as well as employers, and stays in touch after a placement to see that it is working for both.

When the right person is overseas, Talent Connect 360 works with Red Earth Migration, the group’s migration business, on sponsorship and visas. Only a registered migration agent can give visa advice.

Good to know

  • Labour hire licences

    WA has no general labour hire licensing scheme, but Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and the ACT do. Check the rules if workers will be placed there.

  • Employee or contractor

    Since 26 August 2024, the Fair Work Act looks at the real substance of a working relationship, not just what the contract calls it.

  • Workers on visas

    Check a visa holder’s work rights in VEVO before they start, and use a registered migration agent for sponsorship.
